One of our favorite traditions – exploring something new together! This time, it was the Art Deco Museum in Kaunas that took us nearly 100 years back to the interwar period.
From the moment the tour began, we were completely captivated by the guide’s storytelling and the incredible authenticity of the space.
We flipped through nearly 100-year-old magazines from the 1920s, tested an old radio, admired the design of the time, and yes, even stumbled upon vintage ads for insurance services! A fun little connection to our everyday world.
It wasn’t just a tour; it was a shared moment of discovery, curiosity, and inspiration. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique, hands-on cultural experience.

We left not only with new knowledge but also with a true sense of connection to the past and to each other.

Just before Easter, the BUNDA team had a great opportunity to take part in a training session organized by the Chamber of Insurance Brokers of Lithuania, aimed at all licensed insurance brokers in the country.
We sincerely thank the Chamber for the warm welcome and valuable collaboration!

The focus – Travel Insurance

As international travel rebounds, the importance of comprehensive travel insurance continues to grow.
Our representatives, Skirmantė Gritėnaitė and Ingrida Matuolienė, shared BUNDA’s experience with private travel insurance and explained how the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) works when traveling within the EU and EEA.

Key takeaways worth remembering:

• Medical expense coverage is essential, but not all policies are created equal – benefits can vary widely between insurers. Always check what’s actually included.
• EHIC offers only basic healthcare coverage, which is why private travel insurance remains your main safety net abroad.
• A single doctor visit abroad can cost much more than you might expect.
• Travel insurance is not just a formality – it’s real financial protection against unexpected disruptions.
