4th year in a row, the entire BUNDA team enjoyed our annual August workation – a tradition that brings us closer together and recharges our energy.
This year we started at Žuvintas Reserve, observing birds in their natural habitat. Later, a special dinner took us on a journey through 10 years of BUNDA’s activities and memories – touching, inspiring, and reminding us how far we’ve come. Of course, a our quiz night kept us sharp and laughing until late.
Over three days we cycled through the most beautiful corners of Druskininkai, breathing in fresh air and soaking in the calm surroundings.
2025 is dedicated to M. K. Čiurlionis, Lithuania’s great composer and painter, so we visited his museum and drew inspiration from his art. And in the evenings, we reflected together by the fireplace, under a sky full of stars.
These shared experiences remind us that teamwork is not only about work – it’s about trust, joy, and creating memories together.
We all came back inspired for an intense autumn ahead, full of positive energy and determination to be even better than before.

This week BUNDA team had our Summer Opening Event!
Funny enough, it felt like summer was just waiting for us to make the first move – and as soon as we did, the sun and warm weather followed.
We had an orienteering game, split into four teams – a fun and active way to rediscover the beauty of our stunning Lithuanian capital Vilnius.
It was a win for everyone: time well spent together, amazing team spirit and lots of laughter both during and after the game.
Let’s embrace the summer and enjoy every bit of it – it’s short, but filled with barefoot walks, swims and the delights of the garden.
