Local language: claim handling process is communicated and documented in local language, so there is no need to translate documents that you would otherwise have to do when working with foreign insurers.
Claims fund: BUNDA is managing a claims fund – amount of money, entrusted to BUNDA’s own discretion and intended solely for claims indemnification. So, most of the claims’ payment decisions are taken locally, with no prior consent by Lloyd’s. This ensures claims payment in a fast and simple way.
