Yesterday, we had the pleasure of delivering a training session on travel insurance for insurance brokers in Lithuania.
The session was opened by our CEO Kristina Penkaitienė and led by Risk Underwriter Urtė Jagelavičiūtė together with Senior Claims Specialist Gabija Slavinskaitė. By combining underwriting and claims perspectives, they shared real-life examples and demonstrated how insurance works in practice – especially in critical and emergency situations.
