Logistics Risk Specialist
Ernestas holds a degree in Transport Logistics and has built his career around dynamic transport and logistics operations. He spent four years working at the intermodal terminal of AB “Lietuvos geležinkeliai”, later continuing in the logistics sector as a freight forwarder. These roles gave him hands-on experience in client and carrier acquisition, project coordination, operational planning and resolving day-to-day challenges.
This diverse background strengthened his ability to navigate complex situations, make quick decisions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment — skills that translate well into the insurance field.
At work, Ernestas values teamwork, clear communication and continuous learning. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active, travelling and playing basketball — he is a member of the Sostinė Basketball League.
